This Waiver and Launch is for the benefit of Pinspiration Franchise Group, LLC d/b/a Pinspiration, a Delaware restricted legal responsibility business, (the “Enterprise”) and all of the corporation’s franchisees and licensees, and any and all of their respective officers, administrators, administrators, entrepreneurs, staff members, and agent
